Since Emraan’s Jannat 2, this flick has done pretty well on the first weekend. Azhar collected 22 crores in domestic market, whereas Jannat 2 had earned 24 crores in the opening weekend. Azhar got mixed reviews from the critics, but the audiences’ word of mouth seems to be into the film’s favor.

It is now being expected that the film has bright chances to score well in weekdays, through the drops would be there. But it seems the drops would not be vivid rather would be bearable. If the film crosses 40 crore, it will land into safe mode, and hopes are there for more better business figures.
