But the fans have to understand that the stars undergo heavy workouts to get inspiring and muscular bodies. Well, Sunil Grover, who is much in talks these days due to his fight with Kapil Sharma, too had to undergo heavy workouts to get good body shape. Our sources tell us that famous celebrity trainer Prashant Sawant, who has trained the stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan, Ajay Devgn and Sunny Leone, has trained the comedian.

Prashant helped Sunil to sweat it out. Dr. Mashoor Gulati (Sunil Grover) had to go through a series of push-ups, hanging knee ups, battle ropes, military press, abs wheel roll outs and natural sprint respectively. Watch the video showing Sunil Grover sweating it out.

This was ofcourse not easy, but Prashant made it happen at Body Sculptor Studio in Khar.
