Dishkiyaoon 1st Weekend Collections, Bombastically Poor Business

By Goher Iqbal Punn, Film Critic & Entertainment Analyst, Showbiz Bites

dishkiyaoon-showbizbites-002Dishkiyaoon 1st weekend box office collections – well, the film, as expected post the release, could not bring up jump in business at all though a little bit of increase was witnessed on 3rd day only. Dishkiyaoon 3rd day box office collections only showed slight increase that could not help the business at all. Even on 2nd day, the film instead of showing jump (required badly after the poor opening) or bit of jump, went more lower at the domestic box office.

So far, after judging Dishkiyaoon 1st weekend box office collections, the film is a big disaster. If the business of this ilk goes on, the film might wind up the business by the end of its first week (expectations show the same and even after reading Dishkiyaoon 3rd day box office collections also).

Harman Baweja’s comeback is a complete washout. His dream to make a career as an actor now seems completely demolished. Sunny Deol too should now consider something else instead of being an actor and in particular being a leading hero. He should do character acting if he really wants to survive in Bollywood. He has seen the heights in his acting career and though his age fellows are doing marvelous as leading men in films, but they have big fan following and brilliant acting prowess, which in Sunny’s case, seem vague. Well, Dishkiyaoon 3rd day box office collections are 1.45 crore and on 2nd day, the business showed drop by earning just 1.15 crore. Thus, Dishkiyaoon 1st weekend box office collections (3 days total domestic business) is only 3.85 crore that is simply disastrous.
