bhoothnath returns-showbizbites-01Bhoothnath Returns opening occupancy – well, Bhoothnath Returns opens slow in domestic market. Well, it was being expected and predicted also that the opening will be low and the film will have to rely on word of mouth. The same took place today and the same has been predicted by this writer in yesterday’s article on Bhoothnath Returns box office prediction report.

The film has been promoted quite high, Amitabh Bachchan’s star power is attached and the brand value too is swathed with the movie, nonetheless the film opened slow in domestic market. Film has slow start almost all over India.

Bhoothnath Returns opening occupancy shows around 15% to 25% occupancy in domestic market. It is a family entertainer. Hopes are high that the film might get boost and momentum in evening and night shows provided that the word of mouth comes into favor.

Although the film is a solo release of the week, nonetheless Bhoothnath Returns will have competition with last week’s release Main Tera Hero that did best in weekdays also.
