The film has been on way to continue collecting the mammoth money, which is undoubtedly superb and lucrative for the investors, makers and the cast of the film. King Khan has done the wonders and the movie is on way to become a blockbuster very soon. Chennai Express box office collections have revealed that the film has now joined the 100 crore club in domestic market.

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer entertainer has been directed by blockbuster movies’ director Rohit Shetty. The combo of Rohit and Shah Rukh has brought up a big entertainer, which is a money-spinner, thus now we expect more movies of this combo in the days to come. Chennai Express box office collections in two days are 67.85 crore in domestic circuit. The film opened to more than 85% occupancy in India and it also opened big in overseas market. Chennai Express 1st day box office collections were 39.85 crore (including the preview shows).

The movie then continued churning out bigger business on 2nd day, though a drop was seen on 2nd day. But this drop was not big, so, the overall business appeared to be astonishing. Chennai Express 2nd day box office collections were 28 crore in Indian market. The movie released on Eid. Thus the auspicious occasion of Eid added true wonders in business and then holidays (Saturday and Sunday), the movie will get good business.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express brought the record of Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger on the opening day by receiving far more business in domestic market than ETT. Salman’s ETT had received 32.92, whereas Shah Rukh’s Chennai Express received 39.85 crore in India on 1st day. Even the second day’s collections too are ahead of ETT.

Chennai Express 3rd day box office collections have made the biggest distinction. Yes, the film has joined the 100 crore club. Chennai Express opening weekend collection has made this exceptional distinction. On 3rd day, the film received 32.5 crore in India and the total became 100.35 crore.

Chennai Express 1st Monday box office collections have come now. The film did brilliant business by receiving 12.60 crore in domestic market. the total has now reached to 112.95 crore.
