The biggest reality show of television, Bigg Boss Saath 7 has finally come to an end today making Gauhar Khan, 32, the winner of this season. The grand finale was held at Lonavala near Mumbai, where the Bigg Boss’ house was set up. Gauhar was undoubtedly the strongest contestant throughout the show from the beginning till the finale. She proved it to be throughout and this is what has led her win the Bigg Boss Season 7’s trophy with cash prize of 50 lakhs. Khan stayed in the house for 104 days. The show started airing on the channel from 15th September 2013 and lasted till 28th December 2013 (grand finale day). On various polls conducted on the web, Gauhar Khan received maximum number of votes and this has already given the signal of her victory.

On her winning the crown of Bigg Boss Saath 7, she excitedly says that she thanks her family for the support they endowed her with. She goes on mentioning that she is the biggest fan of Bigg Boss. Gauhar reveals that she did not ever think that she would make it to the finale. Gauhar, the famed model turned Bollywood actress, is a popular personality of the entertainment world. For her role in the movie ‘’Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year’, she bagged critical acclaim and for the movie ‘Ishaqzaade’, she was loved by the moviegoers.

Razia Khan, the mother of Gauhar, said that she was proud of her daughter. She also told that her daughter played the game very carefully and this made her the winner. Tanisha’s mother Tanuja too was there at the finale. She said that she watched the show daily and whenever her daughter wept, she wept along with her.

Tanisha Mukherjee was the second runner up on the show. On Bigg Boss Saath 7, of the four finalists, Sangram’s soft nature won the hearts of the masses, Ajaz’s entertaining style was loved by the audiences, Tanisha’s loyalty bagged audiences’ likeness and Gauhar’s strong abilities to doll up everything was really loved by all and sundry which eventually made her the winner of the show.

For last four seasons, the women have been the winner of Bigg Boss – right from Shweta Tiwari, Juhi Parmaar and Urvashi Dholakia to Gauhar Khan, the ladies won the battle.
