Hawaizaada, Khamoshiyan and Rahasya Open with a Poor Business

By Goher Iqbal Punn, Film Critic & Entertainment Analyst, Showbiz Bites

hawaizaada - 01Hawaizaada opening and all other releases of this week like Khamoshiyan opening has been bad. The opening occupancy of all three movies of today – Rahasya, Khamoshiyan and Ayushman Khurrana’s Hawaizaada is simply mundane. Well, the reviews from the critics to all three movies too are not praiseworthy. Of the three, Khamoshiyan did somewhat better in its morning shows and that does not mean that its opening was superb.

Last week’s release Baby has been doing marvelous and it seems today again it might prove well against all three movies of today. Hawaizaada opening was considered to be somewhat better, but it too went flat at the box office in its morning shows.

As for Khamoshiyan opening, there were not any bright hopes for a good business and it went on the similar lines of expectations. Rahasya is a disaster also. The opening weekend of these three releases seem to be mundane. Now let’s see if any good luck comes in their way. But yes, the weekend edge might give some hope for them particularly to Hawaizaada and Khamoshiyan.
