Pizza Telugu movie review is going to be presented here at this space as the movie has hit the screens. The film was being awaited much as it is a dubbed version of the popular and much in talks Tamil movie Pizza. This romantic thriller has been produced by Suresh Kondeti whereas Karthik Subbaraj has directed this venture that stars Vijay Sethupathi, Ramya Nambeesan, Pooja, Veera, Naren and Jaykumar in pivotal roles. Let’s now read the Pizza review.
Pizza talks about Michael (Vijay Sethupathi) who works at a Pizzeria as a delivery boy. He loves and has been in a live-in relationship with his high school love Anu (Ramya Nambeesan). Anu soon discovers that she is pregnant. Thus she asks Michael to tie the knot with her. Michael is the one guy who does not believe in the existence of ghosts. One day, he slips into a bungalow situated in his area and later his life totally changes.
The narrative of the film is average and does not have any kind of novelties as we have grown up watching these kinds of subjects on screen. But yes, it holds the attention of the cinegoers. Story and screenplay have been penned by the director of the film Karthik Subbaraj. The execution of the subject on screen deserves the brawny points as the director succeeds in holding the attention of the moviegoers.
Music by Santosh Narayanan is average. Editing should have been crispier. Cinematography is brilliant.
Talking about the performances of the film, the leading stars Vijay Sethupathi and Ramya Nambeesan both allure the souls and very aptly slip into their respective characters. Rest of the cast too does a fine job.
Final Verdict:
On the whole, Pizza is an above average film that holds your attention when you sit and watch the film. You may recommend it to others. But it cannot be termed an extraordinary venture at all.
