sri devi's deathVeteran Bollywood actress Sri Devi has passed away at the age of 54 in Dubai. Sri Devi’s death news has spread all over the world like wild fire – her millions of fans in entire globe have started mourning now. The legendary Bollywood actress was in Dubai for the grand wedding of Mohit Murwah. She was with her husband Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi Kapoor at the time of her death. Her second daughter Janhvi was in Mumbai for the shooting of her debut movie ‘Dhadak’. Sanjay Kapoor, Bollywood actor and the brother of producer Boney Kapoor, has confirmed that Sri Devi died between the time – 11 to 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night due to the massive heart attack.

She was attending the marriage by the time she suffered a massive cardiac arrest. Sanjay Kapoor along with other family members has reached Dubai to bring the dead body back home to Mumbai to perform the last rituals of the legendary actress.

Her last movie was ‘Mom’ in which she starred along with Pakistani actors – Adnan Sadiqqui and Sajjal. Sri Devi’s iconic movies include Chandi, Chaalbaz, Mr. India, Lamhe and Judaai. She returned to filmdom after a hiatus in English Vinglish and proved her mettle once again. Entire Bollywood industry are mourning on her death and the fans still are in shock.
