Creature 3D Opens Dull – Word of Mouth Needed Badly

By Goher Iqbal Punn, Film Critic & Entertainment Analyst, Showbiz Bites

creature3d-showbizbites-03Creature 3D opening occupancy – Bipasha Basu starrer Vikram Bhatt’s directed horror flick opened today with lower occupancy in morning shows. Well, there were no bigger expectations for a grand opening at all and the same was witnessed today in morning shows.

Film is not a commercial film at all, thus it certainly needs a strong word of mouth if the investors want business to go on. Creature 3D released with more screen counts than the rival Finding Fanny. It had a release of more than 1400 screens. Well, Creature 3D opening occupancy now clearly shows that the movie will have to rely heavily on word of mouth.

Reviews too were not much in favor of the movie. This is another negative point for film’s business. At single screens, this film has more scope to grow than multiplexes. Since Creature 3D opening occupancy now has shown the dull response from the masses. Now you cannot expect some good business from the evening and late night shows. Opening weekend too could be a disaster. Also read Finding Fanny opening occupancy report, Finding Fanny Movie Review and Creature 3D Movie Review.
