Shahid Kapoor Getting Crazy for Shooting in Punjab

The dashing actor is much talented and every time shows his brilliance with his characters in movies. Recently he won critics’ appreciation and applauds from the masses for his role in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Haider. His upcoming film ‘Udta Punjab’ has been well in news now. For this film, he is going back to Punjab for the shooting, which he is desperately waiting for as he loves shooting there and it reminds him of the days of Imtiaz Ali’s Jab We Met.

Shahid is looking forward to go back to Punjab to shoot Abhishek Chaubey’s Udta Punjab. He has been in constant touch with the production team about the shooting locations. He keeps learning about which cities are being finalized for the shooting. The team is in the Punjab to zero in the locations these days. It has been learnt that the large portion of the film will be shot in Chandigarh whereas other places too would be used as well.

As for Shahid, he is presently attending workshops for this movie. Besides, he has been reading the script thoroughly to grasp over it. He has recently winded up the shooting of Shaandar with director Vikas Bahl and now is waiting for the filming of Udta Punjab that is scheduled to take place in the mid of March.
