Aamir Khan’s Dangal has been in big news and the reason for it is obvious – his biggest popularity. The new year has come up for the actor with new agenda – well, he now has to lose 25 kgs off his body. Aamir had gained 25 kgs for his movie Dangal, in which he plays a wrestler. It took around six months to gain the weight and now he weighs 95 kgs. Aamir’s character in the movie is Mahavir Phogat. He has now finished the portions, in which he enacts a 55-year-old man.
Now Aamir has slipped into the mode in which he plays a much younger man. He has now begun preparing himself for the same. He has to now shed 25 kgs off his body in 25 weeks.
He is now following a very strict diet plan. It includes an intense one-hour workout session in the morning. Besides, he will train himself exactly in the manner the wrestlers are trained. His diet plan is presently monitored carefully and he has been under the supervision of dietitian Dr Vinod Dhurander.
