Sanjay Dutt biopic is in news due to two main reasons – one that it is going to be made on the life of Sanjay Dutt and second is Ranbir Kapoor, who is playing the main lead in this film. The film is now scheduled to release on Christmas 2017. The shooting of this Rajkumar Hirani is going to commence from September this year. Ranbir is going to work with Hirani for the first time, though in PK he has done a brief cameo being an alien.
Rajkumar has begun working on the movie, as he has shot footage of Sanjay walking out of jail. It seems the footage will make it to the film.
