She came and conquered the hearts of the masses not only in India but also in the world with the show ‘Bigg Boss Season 11’. Shilpa Shinde is a household name now after winning the reality show. She is a combination of multi talents, beauty, grace, class, style and dexterities to impress. Shilpa is a magical personality and beauty. By the time she stays on screen, you cannot take your eyes off her. You want to get glued to your seats – you do not want to leave the place. Such is her charm that spells magic with her fans. The way she verbalizes the dialogue, the way she presents her on screen, the way she gets emotional, the way she becomes excited, the way she lands into the state of depression on screen, the way she enacts – everything of this beauty queen draws you towards her. Seeing her is like you are reading a romantic verse of a great poet. Shinde is the doyenne of small screen and the monarch of whatever she does. She is the biggest challenge for her enemies and the contemporaries in the field of acting. She has shown it by emerging as the winner of the reality show.
Shilpa Shinde and famous comedian Sunil Grover, who shot to fame with her characters of Rinku Bhabhi and Dr. Mashhoor Gulati on Kapil Sharma Shows, have recently started a show ‘Dhan Dhana Dhan’ that instantly won applauds from the people. Sunil is a treat to watch always, but Shilpa’s character of Googly Devi makes home with the viewers.
Born on 28th August 1977, Shilpa made her debut on television in 1999. She hogged the limelight with her negative role played in Star Plus’ soap opera ‘Bhabhi’ (2002-2008) but & TV’s sitcom ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai’ (started airing from March 2015) soared her to the heights of success and popularity in which she played the character of Angoori Bhabhi. Shinde left the show in early 2016 after having issues with the makers.
Shilpa also showed her talents in Telugu movies and acted in two films – Chhina and Shivani. After a short hiatus from television, Shinde was roped into Bigg Boss Season 11 and then won the show on 14th January 2018. She did an item number in Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi (2017) – the song ‘Maro Line’ was really foot-tapping and Shilpa shook the body with such aplomb that viewers liked her performance a lot.
On education front, Shinde was a psychology student at KC College, Mumbai but could not complete her bachelor’s degree for some reasons.
After winning Bigg Boss 11, Shilpa Shinde has now become a brand and a world renowned celebrity. Today her name sells like hot cakes. This is the reason that her current show ‘Dhan Dhana Dhan’ started grabbing a lot of attention from the masses and is getting higher TRP. She is a marvelous actress laced with oceans of talents.
