Ek Paheli Leela Picture (1)Ek Paheli Leela Movie Review

Finally the wait is over and Sunny Leone’s much in talk movie ‘Ek Paheli Leela’ hits the screens with oomph. Sunny Leone is a name synonymous to sexual and bolder acts, as she was seen in her previous movies, but this time around the director Bobby Khan has taken her true talents out to present her in astonishing and attention-grabbing avatars. The film stars her in a double role means double the excitement. Will Sunny’s Ek Paheli Leela make a nice box office business or go flat? The time will tell the true and exact picture. Till then, let’s analyze the movie whether it is exciting for the viewers or not?

Ek Paheli Leela begins with Karan (Jay Bhanushali) who keeps getting torturing memories, disturbing him since the time he stepped into the new abode. He gets up suddenly from his sleep because of these memories. Enters into the scene is a London based hot and gorgeous supermodel Meera (Sunny Leone). Her business manager Andy (VJ Andy) plans a trip to Rajasthan without her permission, since he has taken the advance payment from a client. She refuses to go there, but ultimately agrees. Over there during the shoot, Ranveer Singh (Mohit Ahlawat), a rich prince, loses his heart to her. Slowly, the two start loving each other and then the marriage takes place. Karan meets a Nadi Shastra guru, who tells him that he has taken birth again to fulfill the incomplete tasks of 300 years ago. Guru also tells him that in his last janam, he could not marry his love Leela (Sunny Leone) because of the evil hurdles of Bhairav (Rahul Dev). Bhairav was fully in love with Leela and he had crafted a lifelike idol of her. Now Karan packs the bags to reach Rajasthan. What happens there is what forms the rest of the movie.

Bobby Khan makes his directorial debut in this film. Bobby excels in his brilliant execution. His direction makes the viewers glued to the screens till the end. He takes out the real talents of Sunny Leone on screen presenting her in a glamorous avatar. Sunny Leone’s skin show has been presented in artistic way that it does not look vulgar. Brownie points for Bobby Khan for his marvelous direction.  Story is simply classy written by Bobby Khan. Jojo Khan pens a heart-warming unblemished screenplay. Editing is fine. Cinematography is wonderful. Music is simply awesome and has already made its mark among the movie and music lovers prior to the release.

Sunny Leone does a bravura performance, letting the world know that she is here to stay in Bollywood. She has every ingredient to become a leading Bollywood actress and she will become the one soon. Jay Bhanushali is average. Rajniesh Duggal does a nice job. Rahul Dev is brilliant to watch. Mohit Ahlawat does great job. Rest of the cast is fine also.

Ek Paheli Leela

Final Verdict:

On the whole, Ek Paheli Leela is a classy movie. Recommended to watch because of brilliant performance by Sunny Leone and stupendous direction by Bobby Khan apart from other plus points of the film.
